Tom is a strategic leader in the advertising, brand and digital space with a love for innovative content, unique multichannel experiences, and stories that humanize brands. He has 20+ years of hands on digital design experience, 15 of which were spent running an internal creative team. He’s created digital and interactive experiences for a wide variety of companies including Biogen, Fidelity Investments, Lincoln Financial Group and others. With extensive knowledge in highly regulated markets, he founded Invested Digital in 2013 and focuses on life sciences, financial services, and healthcare industries.

A people person at heart, Carrie has a remarkable ability to read people and understand their needs. For Carrie, client management is all about building relationships and each one is unique. She thinks of her clients as partners on a shared mission to achieve whatever short- or long-term goal may lie ahead. She’ll do whatever it takes to get them there.

With 17 years of digital marketing experience, Carrie began her career in design and technology as a multimedia producer developing interactive CD-ROMS (flashback!) for higher education. Discovering the value in translating client needs into strategies and effectively managing creative and development teams, Carrie evolved her people skills into more formal account management roles. Her client roster features companies such as Fidelity Investments, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Scientific, Shire, Solid Biosciences, Biogen and more.

Focused on building new and maintaining existing relationships, Carrie manages the day-to-day for clients — ensuring transparent communication and seamless coordination between all team members.
